The Society
We aim to promote the Engineering profession and career paths associated with the skill set provided by an Engineering degree.
With over 500 paying members and a mailing list that reaches 1300 students, OUEngSoc hosts a variety of in demand social and networking events throughout the year.
Our members include students from a range of backgrounds, including Engineering Science, Materials Science, Engineering Economics and Management, and Physics.
The society recognises that previous members have gone on to careers within Engineering, Finance and Management organisations and hence seeks to provide opportunities for students and such companies to interact.
